Challenging Anti-Blackness: Tools for Non-Black People - Feb 2025, virtual

Anti-Blackness is deeply ingrained in societal structures and impacts every facet of life for Black communities. This workshop is designed specifically for non-Black participants who wish to deepen their understanding of anti-Blackness and their role in dismantling it.

Together, we will examine the historical foundations of anti-Blackness, how it shows up in interpersonal interactions, and the ways it perpetuates harm in professional, social, and community spaces. Participants will reflect on their own biases and privileges, engage in honest conversations, and leave equipped with practical strategies to combat anti-Blackness and foster equity in their daily lives.

This is not a space for performative allyship—it is an opportunity to commit to meaningful change through accountability and action. Join us in building a deeper understanding of how to show up for Black communities with intentionality and purpose.
